Add institutional member (cgi-bin/koha/imemberentry.pl?type=Add) only asks for 
postal address not street address (which maybe different for some institutions 
like the company I work for)and  for contact name it asks for a day phone 
number as opposed to just a phone number for the company.

The real problems are on the membership record (cgi-bin/koha/moremember.pl?
bornum=13) and update member details (cgi-bin/koha/memberentry.pl )which are 
the regular individual members forms.

All the forms need to reflect an institutional member.
