Paul, do you mean a utility for translating entire records from/to MARC and
UNIMARC? Or just particular note fields?

I've been meaning to implement a UNIMARC filter in MARC::Record that would allow
people to read/write UNIMARC, but the differences between the two are quote
extensive [1,2,3]
