[Koha-devel] 1.3.3 and MARC21/english parameters

I've developped a new feature that checks the consistency of MARC 
parameters table.
It does 7 differents tests.

If you installed the 1.3.3 version with the MARC21/english parameters 
and test it with this new feature, you'll see 3 errors !
Those explain some of errors reported on the 1.3.3

Please, get this feature (on cvs), and fix the MARC21 parameter table !
