[Koha-devel] mysql crash...please help

While experimenting with mysql the mysqld stopped responding to
root at localhost. This is probably an effect of such command:
delete from user where host='localhost';

Now I get this while trying to mysqladmin:
[root at localhost koha-RC1]# mysqladmin reload
mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Access denied for user: 'root at localhost' (Using password: NO)'
[root at localhost koha-RC1]#

What to do?
