Note this does not help if they use FRENCH templates, as I didn't 
upgrade them for instance. However, that may be the best reason. Jerome 
: it would be a good job to report the diffs into french and commit them 
as you've an accound iirc :-)

Shifted the todays issues and previous issues html out into the template
And fixed a bug that was causing the enter a borrowers card or surname box
to show. Even if you were currently issuing to a borrower
