It depends.  My installing and reinstalling is because I'm working on
fixing installer bugs, not anything else.

Version 1.2.3 seems to work fine with Apache 2.x and is probably the
best bet if you need it in production *now* but if you're looking at
deployment in a couple of months, start testing 1.9.x so you're ready
for the 2.0 release and can tell us of any bugs.
