both are right :-)
* blackdot are present in 1.9.2 en/fr templates (*-bottom.inc)
* they have been removed in cvs...

Note to Esiee : you should try to spend some time installing a CVS-koha 
imho. I can help if you need. (It's not hard at all). Anyway, if you
