[Koha-devel] new public release

Hi,

Yesterday, I've commited many (20 commits) improvments/fixes to the 
french translation of Koha.

I would like to release a 2.0.0pre4 just for those improvements.
I can do it today, or monday.

Any opinion (here, or on IRC, as you prefer) ?
