[Koha-devel] Question about Acquisitions and 'Biblios in koha'

British and American editions occasionally differ enough to warrant entirely
separate typesetting, but often to save money the same text is shared
between British and American publishers. Two allow the British and America
editions to be distinguished for marketing and inventory purposes, both a
British and American ISBN are sometimes included in the same work.

The "International" part of the ISBN is that it's supposed to be a unique
identifier that can be used everywhere to identify a particular edition from
a particular publisher.
