[Koha-devel] about PROG templates

Hi owen & al,

I saw your commits on HEAD about PROG templates. they are far from 
complete (or i missed something). Do you have a timesheet to complete them ?

For instance, I still work on default, but once you say prog are ready, 
i'll swap to them as decided.
