[Koha-devel] koha head and prog templates

Hi all,

I think the 2nd option in Paul's proposal should should have an and/or 
in there ie

- a menu, on top of the page and/or on the left

This allows for page layouts with the main sections of Koha on the top 
and, if people choose, links to functions within each section. eg when 
you go to Circulation, you would have Issues, Returns, etc on the left 
navigation.
