Much less likely.  It's dinner time and other family commitments
prevent changing that much on a Monday.  By 20:00 UTC, I can
just about slip away without disrupting everything.  19:00 UTC
should be fairly easy on Tuesday-Thursday most weeks.

Then again, I've been pretty marginal the last few months.
Isn't 19h UTC stupidly early in .nz and .au, though?
