[Koha-devel] Patch to catalogue by itemtypes report

Hi all,

A while ago I mentioned a change that I had made to the itemtypes report to
include a replacement value. Apologies for the late arrival of these
attachments. Rather than a patch, I've included a full copy of each file I
changed. Is this OK? Would you prefer I do it otherwise?

The files are the itemtypes.plugin from the cgi-bin/reports directory, and
the itemtypes.tmpl from default/en/reports.
