dear Mr Chris,
thanks for replaying
i mean that the rss would be in the OPAC as a current awareness of the new books added to the database, so when people add this RSS to their RSS readers, they will be able to stay updated with last books.

Im not sure what you mean by adding rss to to the database. Do you  
mean Koha should be able to output RSS, if so, it already can.

Is that what you were meaning?
