Short version: it's fine, I believe.

Long version: keep legal and religious hatred off this list if anyone
ever wants long versions of the answers to this sort of stuff.
Without the licences you wouldn't have anything to code on here.
Don't obsess about them, but don't bite the hand that helps you.
