[Koha-devel] Question RE: Purpose of 'Actual Cost' field in Acquisitions

Yes
"My test showed that the budgeted cost is used
if no value is in Actual Cost, but that Actual Cost is used otherwise."
That's exactly what I expect to happen, and what does happen in my library
