[Koha-devel] Question RE: Purpose of 'Actual Cost' field in Acquisitions

That makes sense - but it's the 'Replacement Cost' that gets
subtracted from the budget ... shouldn't it then be the 'Actual Cost'
that gets subtracted from the budget?
