[Koha-devel] formatting currencies (RFC for 3.2 ?)

Hi,

Unless i've missed something, there is nothing in Koha atm to format 
currencies.
The currency place differs (USD10 in the US, 10€ in France), as well as 
the number of digits after the comma (2 in France, probably 0 in 
Zimbabwe...)
so, 2 ideas :
- use a package like Data::Currency. Not sure it's what we need
- add some sysprefs to define : display currency (EUR), some printf 
schema (### ###,##CUR in France). This being managed by some 
C4/Currencies.pm functions.
