same opinion for me, except we may reintroduce is later, to handle 
partial recieves.
atm, when you have ordered 5 similar items, if you recieve 3, you note 3.
Then you recieve 2, and you add those 2 to the 3 previous ones.
And Koha "forget" the date you recieved the 1st 3 one, and keep only the 
last delivery date (& cumulative qty)
