[Koha-devel] SMS::Send is mandatory now

Hi to all,

I'm testing a Koha 3.0 with the last update from git.
I see that now SMS:Send is, praticaly, mandatory.
It is used by catalogue/detail.pl, the pl that show the result of a search
in the intranet interface.

Not a problem,  but now the module needs to be in the list of 
mandatory modules.

I write down the error that I see in the browser.
