[Koha-devel] RFC: Koha : Merge biblio & biblioitems tables

Given the rarity of dumping MARC data, and the preference for that being the
authoritative data, I see no reason to retain the non-XML version.  Dumps
would take a lot more clock-time to reassemble the MARC machine-code lines,
but such operations on more than a handful of records would be (1) rare and
(2) on the command-line, where starting off a long job does not cause the
appearance of "failure".  Dumps of marcxml would be just as fast, of course.
