[Koha-devel] Hold slip/notice can't be printed

Not sure exactly.  My initial install was via
the stable tarball (3.00 at the time, not git).  
Our client was testing the software, and realized 
that the "print hold slips" popup window was blank.  
I looked into it and discovered that the template 
file was non-existent.

...which sounds very worrisome to me. What other files might be
missing? Doesn't this imply that the installation failed in some way?
