Using lists.koha.org makes sense, but thanks for your offer to host it
if need be.  Paul or Henri would have to set it up if we use
lists.koha.org.

Will this mailing list be geographic (e.g., koha-brasil) or language
(e.g., koha-portugues) in focus?
