Clay has completed the move and upgrade, and DNS changes should be
propagating now.

The URL prefix has changed, so please note that there is a redirect in
place so that existing external links to bugs don't break.  E.g.,

http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1812

redirects to

http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=1812
