[Koha-devel] Number of renewals per Patron Types

Hi Eric, 

I think Circulation & Fine Rules is the right place, but I'd like to see it based on combination of patron type and item type:

Teacher can renew normal books 12 times, but audio books only 3 times.

Students can renew normal books 3 times, but can't renew audio books.
