[Koha-devel] Problem with Editing of Bibliographic Records

We have a problem with the editing of Bibliographic Records.

When clicking on ‘Edit record’ an additional (empty) author field and
title field are added.
The record can then not be saved if this fields stay empty.

Is this a known issue? We have done an upgrade about 2 months ago. I
suspect the problem was introduced with the upgrade.
