Save yourself the trouble and install it on Debian or Ubuntu.  Been  
there done that, prefer macs to about everything except bacon, but  
Koha is not an easily supportable solution running on a mac.  You can  
install on Mac hardware using bootcamp if that helps your sales pitch  
but, OSX will cause you grief.
