I can't see who really wrote
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Hourly_Loans_RFC, if it's still
planned, who will write this great RFC.
Do I miss something ? Is it an abandonned_RFC from LL (don't think so,
we had
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Hourly_circulation_policies_RFC that
was the LL one if i'm not mistaking) ?
