Hi Chad,

This is really probably a question better directed at the Koha
developer's list, so I'm cc'ing it along there.

The problem here is due to a faulty barcode scaling algorithm in the
label code. There is a bug open for it:

I'm working on it at the moment and hope to have something better in
place for the 3.4 stable release.
