Hi Nicole,
as far as that system preference is concerned, and in accordance to the
Coding Guidelines which ask that NO systempreference should have a
negative noun or effect, this preference is now replaced by
MergeAuthoritiesOnUpdate which, if set edits all the related biblios and
reports the heading into them.
