Most Koha source files contain a copyright notice and license at the
top, which refers to the old address of the Free Software Foundation:

# Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or (at your option) any later

The Templa Place address is the old one. The current address is on
Franklin Street.
I would be happy to do the work. Are there any objections? It is going
to be a large patch, but should only touch code comments, not code that
gets executed.
To fix this, some search/replace needs to happen. It also needs to be
fixed on the wiki
(http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=en:development:codingguidelines).
