[Koha-devel] Changing default koha mapping 440$a -> 490$a

I think it makes perfect sense for it to be the new default.  We have
many libraries asking for the same thing.  I'd even recommend some way
for the libraries to choose which field the series is pulled from so
that an update is possible.
