[Koha-devel] 3.2.x Release Maintenance Procedures

How would you like patches labeled that apply for 3.2.x only (when they inevitably diverge)? 

[3.2.x bug xxxx] [Signed Off] Commit message? Some other way?

I wish to do your bidding! ;)
