In my opinion, since you ask, it may really slow down the process of
displaying results.
And it still would not be True facets.
Since it just takes more records. If you have more than 500 hundred
records returned. It would truncate results.
BUT... Nevertheless, at least, there is something interesting here... We
could also benefit from getting more accurate numbers of biblios
displayed in case ppl are using HideLostItems.
That said, if it is coupled with a kind of caching the result pages.
Maybe it is worth the overhead.
