[Koha-devel] Signing off on Patches

I created a page: http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Sign_off_on_patches

I ask you all to participate in beefing it up a bit.

For example - instead of saying 'apply the patch' - I need someone to
write up how to apply someone else's patch because we don't all know
how to do that.
