[Koha-devel] RFC: Improved book covers

Finally managed to get access to the library system again. Please find
attached a version of the cover system rebased to Koha 3.4.2. There are
still a few places where things can be tidied up. Thinking about it, moving
the cover caching system from php to perl would give some really nice
benefits - such as pre-normalised ISBNs.. Still, my perl fu is not *that*
strong. <grin>
