[Koha-devel] make test fails on BackgroundJob.t

Hi All,
I am doing a dev install with a fresh git clone on a new machine.
make test fails with following..

Looking back on the make test output I see

Can someone please tell me whats going on here?

PS : And I also see a bunch of " DBD::mysql::db selectrow_array
failed: Table 'kohadev.systempreferences' doesn't exist at
/home/kk/kohaclone/blib/PERL_MODULE_DIR/C4/Context.pm line 480." lines
in the make test output. I can login to the kohadev database with the
credentials I am supplying perl Makefile.PL
