Sadly, WCAG 2.0 is not a backwards-compatible upgrade of WCAG 1.0 so
http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/#validation is also worth considering.

Koha's librarian interface probably can't achieve a high score on
WCAG 1.0, but the OPAC should be able to.

I'm neutral on the idea of using the koha-community wiki.
