[Koha-devel] mandatory & default value ignored when adding items

Hi Irma,

I just went to have another look at it to answer your questions, and now 
I feel crazy because it's showing the default values I set and the 
fields marked as mandatory.  Wish I knew why!  Still having issues with 
subfields that are supposed to be hidden, though.
