Answering your mail just before the IRC meeting, sorry for not taking
time before.

I've already expressed that changing RM every 6 months is too much. In
my idea, the RM should promise to stay RM for 2 releases.
That's with this idea that I?ve submitted my application.

I agree that there are little details for 4.0, but the most important
thing is that I want to discuss how to do things early (starting
"immediately", organize, ...
