[Koha-devel] Unable to get patches .. "detect duplicates not working"

I've looked at debian stable repository, its revision is 3.4.5.
You should have it by updating.

You may have a problem with updating.
What is your Debian version ?
You may use "Synaptic" program to manage packages and repositories.
