I'm not sure this ever came back to this list, but the meeting

agreed to use perlstyle as the recommended perltidy config from now
on.

I've updated http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Coding_Guidelines#Perl
but, returning to the original topic of this thread,

could still do with a bit of expansion and linking to some tt resources.
