[Koha-devel] wiki permission denided when replacing file upload with newer one

I tried to add nicer version of picture on
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Performance

which resulted in following error:

Picture *did* upload, and it seems that thumbnail got recreated,
but can somebody do chmod to make it happy?
