No, there is not yet a programme.

So far, I've noted three topics for hackfest: Plack, Template::Toolkit
and debian packaging; but others may have been suggested yesterday.

We discussed this in Wednesday's kohacon IRC meeting and I felt the
consensus was to not plan the programme too much until after the 20
April deadline for proposals. That's still open at
http://koha-community.org/kohacon12/call-papers/ so if you have some
topic you really want to hack on, please put it in there and select
the "hackfest" radio-button.

We don't have as many volunteers as we could use, so, if you'd like to
help coordinate the hackfest, please let me know and I'll gladly sign
you up! I think the priorities of our current volunteers right now
are dealing with registrations, papers and sponsorships and sorting
out any Friday excursions that need to be booked soon.

Hope that informs,
