[Koha-devel] Babeltheque CSS in the OPAC

There's a big commented-out section of opac.css, added by Bug 7470:

/* Uncomment if babeltheque configuration no contains these lines */
/* ...

If there is CSS which is only used when Babeltheque is enabled it can
be put into its own CSS file. I can't see libraries editing opac.css
themselves under normal circumstances.

Can this be removed?
