yep, thats the idea Chris :)

there looks to be some good conversion tools between asciidoc, pod, and wiki
 (and then html, docbook, pdf and latex too)

some conversion tools are going to work better that others. and some probably won't work at all

i'll attempt to do some 'conversion testing' to see what the best/worst formats are
