[Koha-devel] Interface issues after upgrading

Hello everyone, after some issues with me server I had to reinstall Koha
and it upgraded from 3.8.6 to 3.10 now. but I realise now that all the
interface is messed up. It seams some CSS is not loading, I was wondering
whether any one has reported this issue. Do you have any idea how I can fix
this issue?  Please see our library website at:
