[Koha-devel] [QA] QA-ing packaging & install tools

I'll see what we can do.  Barring any catalyst wrote of course.

It would be good for the qa team to learn about the packages sometime
though. They are rapidly becoming the most installed version.

I can run a tutorial sometime if people are interested.
