backup.sh is not used by the packages. Actually, I don't think it i used by
anything.

We were troubleshooting the issue on IRC, and Fridolyn's theory was
correct. Magnus reported a new bug for it: bug 9256 (
http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=9256 ).
