Hi all,

Arg :-/
This patch breaks the feature introduced by Bug 5347. In this patch, I have
already make a refactoring of C4::Letters::SendAlerts

Commit id is b8e9829be5a59c84ba699fc015820cd4eb3fbc0a and is already pushed
in Master.
